If you are a first time mummy like me, you might want to attend some parenting Seminar/ talks to better prepare yourself for the arrival of your baby. Most of the parenting talks are sponsored by the private cord banking ie Cordlife/ Stemcord, Thomson Medical/ Mt Alvernia, Abbott etc. It's FOC if you have a gynae card/ first few sign-ups or you will need to pay a minimal fees. You will also receive a goodie bag which usually contains some samples when you sign up.
